It’s the one night of the year that’s welcomed with great anticipation. As the much coveted event rolls around each year, each of the nominees wait with bated breath, hoping for their name to be read aloud on the golden microphone. No matter where you’re sitting in the room, you can’t help but feel the nervous excitement which builds as the Master of Ceremonies takes to the stage, signalling the commencement of the awards presentation
“And the Financial Services Partners National Customer Service Award winner is…”
Our annual Customer Service Awards are a big part of our company culture. Each year, we ask our advisers to nominate a member of their support staff who they think have demonstrated customer service excellence in the last 12 months. These awards allow us to recognise the staff within our adviser practices who have helped deliver great financial advice experiences to clients.
As a first-timer to the conference, I was able to experience first-hand the sense of camaraderie and support between our advisers and their support teams. In one word, it was incredible! And the awards night was definitely the pinnacle, with genuine admiration and cheer for the award winners being the most noteworthy aspect of the event. In short, there was no Angelina Jolie/Jennifer Aniston rivalry on show here!
So, we’d like to take this opportunity to congratulate our 2011/12 Award Winners.
The State Customer Service Award Winners were:
- Leah Hunter of Delmase Pty Ltd, Western Australia
- Tammy Warmeant of Intrinsic Financial Planning, South Australia
- Stephanie Rennie of FSP Canberra, New South Wales/ACT
- Alexandria Burns of Equilibrium Wealth, New South Wales/ACT
- Jane Bowey of FSP Sunnybank, Queensland
And the Oscar, oops, I mean the Financial Services Partners National Customer Service Award Winner for 2011/12 went to Leah Hunter of Delmase Pty Ltd, Western Australia.
We’re also delighted to congratulate Marg Jones of Pinnacle Risk Insurance, Victoria for being named the 2011/12 Practice Manager of the Year.
Help us recognise the best
If you’ve experienced great service from one of our adviser’s staff, please be sure to mention it to your adviser. We’re now on the lookout for next year’s Customer Service Award winners.
